The official labs of nightclubbiz.com
Nightclubbiz.com is highly aggressive in the research, development and test piloting of concepts, which utilize a combination of new technologies and progressive thinking. There is no shortage of old, recycled ideas in the nightclub operations trade, which can also be attributed to the disconnect often observed between what nightclubs are offering, versus the radically changing needs of the ‘broader level’ social entertainment consumer.
Virtual world nightclub project Nightclubbiz.com is avid in the fast emerging development of social networking services. We've also invested two years into the research and development of virtual world nightclub concepts. The results thus far have proven exceptionally promising. More can be seen on this project here.
Custom “Independently Operated” promotional /marketing platforms for nightclubs and bars
Nightclubbiz.com has been testing the usefulness of custom broadcast stations, which nightclubs are in full control of. Consider it a ‘real foundation’ to building a serious marketing model on and… It works for you around the clock… Not 3-hours a night, and not 30-second radio spots costing you many thousands of dollars per campaign. It's not a silver bullet to success... It does require effort.. It does require thinking... But does provide the nightclub a means to develop and manage their own marketing vehicle.
Key objectives: The broadcast station is designed to liberate nightclub operators from the confines of in-house marketing @ 3-nights a week… To extending their brand into the lives of their target audience 7-days a week. The cost of this system for a year, is less than what you’d give up to the average promoter in a single night. See more on this exciting development here. In essence, we believe nightclubs should be “in control” of their marketing vehicle, as opposed to sourcing everything out to 3rd party entities. See more on these system here.
The virtual nightclub office We’ve been experimenting with new ways to broaden the reach of skilled resources (at the senior level) for entertainment operators through leveraging the power of advanced telecommunications systems, or better termed… The virtual office. One thing there’s a real shortage of in the nightclub industry is skilled management, but imagine if procuring talent was not limited to 10-miles of your venue, but the entire nation? Hands-on operations managers are dime a dozen, but in general not qualified to establish or maintain the 'broader level' vision of a $300,000, to 10-million dollar entertainment venture.
The real power behind success in the social entertainment trade is ‘intellectual resources’. A small group consisting of two or more, who are able to do the real heavy lifting, while keeping the target vision, identity, and brand on track. They're also responsible for anticipating course changes, which are necessary to maintain profitability and an overall stable operating model. This by and large is the critical component many nightclubs are missing and it costs them many millions of dollars each year in disasters, and or complete failures.
As a test pilot, nightclubbiz.com has been running a “remote management consulting service" for approximately six months. The objective of this project is to build management teams, which encompass clear thinking, skill, and direction, while providing owners and investors better control over decisions, which could greatly affect the fate of the business. See more on the Remote Management Consulting project here. .
The future belongs to those who see it coming…
